SLS Mongolia held its Customer Day at the Ulaanbataar premise, drawing more than 50 enterprises and 200 attendees from various industries such as mining, agricultural, manufacturing, F&B, railway, construction and automotive. The event was aimed to introduce and showcase extensive product range offered by SLS and to increase brand awareness amongst our customers, as well as interacting and getting to know each customer better.
Our brand partners - SKF, Enerpac, Optibelt and Permatex – took part in the event with booths and exhibits set up to display the range of products provided by them. Catalogues were distributed at each booth and our experienced SLS engineers were present to conduct hands-on product demonstrations and answer queries. The event served as a valuable platform for customers to meet our SLS product specialists face-to-face and learn about the application of various products in different industries.

The event also provided customers with a unique opportunity to network with fellow peers and product consultants. Throughout the event, customers were seen to be enjoying themselves learning more about the products offered and interacting with each other.

At the end of the day, each customer was left with a better understanding of the application of various products and we were also able to gain deeper insight into the interests and concerns of our customers.
